For those of you who don't want to list or manage your own auction, our consignment auction service includes professional item appraisal, digital photography, graphic design, featured auction listing, professional ad writing based on thorough research, escrow/payment processing, and insured certified shipping to your buyer. The cost for this service is only $29.99 plus 10% commission of the final auction price.

Your item or lot will be listed for 30 day auction on our website and you will be sent a link so that you may monitor your listing. We will re-list your auction up to 6 times (180 days) if necessary until the item is sold. If your item does not sell after 180 days we can either send back to you (shipping fee required) or we will donate to charity and send you a receipt so that you may use it for a tax deduction.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. You must be a registered member to use this service. Registration is free!

2. Send your item or lot via certified mail or UPS to our office at the following address:

   You must include a packing slip which should contain the following information: Auction Fire ID, address where you wish to receive payment, payee name, and any details regarding your item or lot that will assist us in making the sale. If you have a minimum price you must specify it on this packing slip otherwise we will determine the opening auction price based on our own research and appraisal of your item or lot.

   Note: We cannot and will not be held liable for lost or damaged packages that were sent to our office. To guarantee arrival to us in good condition we recommend that you send your package to us securely by using a shipping method that includes insurance and requires a signature upon receipt (such as USPO certified mail).

3. $29.99 processing fee. This may be a money order or cashier's check included with your packing slip or you may pay us electronically by clicking here. Your item or lot will not be processed or listed until this fee is paid. We will not return packages without receiving a processing fee.
