Apparently if you were not logged in and tried to place a bid you would get the message "item closed or not found" after logging in... which was not true!  ???

... so possibly this cost us some bids!   :-[
Sorry 'bout that, but I have fixed the problem.  8)

so now if you enter your login and pw when prompted, your bid will be placed on the item the first time around.

Please bring any technical issues to my attention so I can take care of them right away.

Next up is the category tree, which is a chaotic mess right now, you nay have noticed... I will create sub-cats and sub-sub cats to clean up the appearance and make things more comprehensible.  ;D
